Q: Can you make ___ hat in ___ colors instead?

A: Yes. There are no colors I refuse to use. Are there people out there that don't make things in certain colors? If I don't have a color on hand, I'll get it. You can see my custom items on Facebook and some of them here.

 

Q: How long will ___ take you to make?

A: Depends on what ___ is and where you are in my custom order queue. I complete custom requests in the order they they're recieved. I'll give you a time estimate when you tell me what you want and I'll update you on the progress of your item. Hats I currently make take between 5 and 12 hours, if you want me to get real specific. I'm only one person, so also keep that in mind.

 

Q: Do I pay upfront?

A: Yes. The only exception is if your order will be $100+. If you fall into the latter category then you may pay half upfront and the remaining half at completion.

 

Q: Will you ship internationally (outside of the US)?

A: Yes, as long as you're willing to pay for Priority Mail International shipping. My shipping method is non-negotiable. I will not ship First Class. My shipping policies are detailed on my Etsy policies page. 

 

Q: What about returns?

My return and refund policies are outlined on my Etsy policies page as well. Basically, it depends on the circumstances.

 

Q: Will you crochet my cosplay?

A: Yes. For several hundred (or possibly thousand) dollars - half upfront and the rest at completion. Unless you know how to correctly take your measurements, I'll also require several in-person fitting sessions (depending on the costume). Don't ask me this unless you're dead serious and don't ask me for a crochet Sailor Scout suit - been there, done that. ;)
